He wonders if he should confess to him, and then he wonders why they don't just chill out and have some fresh air. He says that it's cold outside, which makes him feel more relaxed. He thinks that Tojo has opened up more to him since they first met, and that's why they're hanging out outside. He also says that they've both been getting more curious about what Tojo is really thinking.
