It's morning, and Hiroyuki has been waiting for his friend, Krook, to come out of the theater. Hiroyuki tells him that he's going out with Krook's friend,kuri-hara-san, but Hiroyuki doesn't know what to make of it. He thinks it's just a dream, and that Krook is mad at him for not being able to hold his hand in the movie. He tells Krook that he wants to know why he can't hold Hiroyuki's hand, and Krook tells him to tell him what's really going on. He's not mad, he says, because this is what a girl should do when she's having an affair with a guy she'd never met before.
