The student council president is smoking when he runs into his friend, who is also a student council member. He tells him that the president of the council has caught him smoking and that he is being punished for it. The two argue about whether or not they should be punished. The president says that he has never been in love with anyone and that if he did, he would teach him how to kiss a girl. The teacher says that she already knows how to do this and that she will teach him to do it for a fee. The students argue about the amount of money the president needs to sell his body for, and the teacher says he does not need to sell himself for that much money. He says that even if the price is too high for him, he should be grateful for the money he has been given. He then tells the teacher to stop smoking and to drop dead.
