About This Chapter
Three years have passed since the death of the Master. The Master's son has not yet attained the status of a seeker, but the Master still wants to teach him how to use his mystical powers. He tells the Master that his health has improved, but he is still unable to defeat the Master in a wrestling match. He says that if the Master had died two seconds earlier, he would have been a great man. He explains that he is not in the best of health, because he smokes too much. He asks the Master if he can go feed the Panda, and the Master replies that he will. He then tells the others that they must take care of their health first, and then they will be able to pay for the Panda's food with their own blood. He also tells them that they are in the middle of a battle to find out who turned into the undead, and that the target is right above them.
