The storm is sucking up all the energy from the sky, and the sky-keeper is trying to capture it in a bottle, but the wind is too strong to do so. The wind is coming in all directions, and now it's starting to spread all over the city. The sky-keepers are going to have to figure out a way to stop it, but they're not going to be able to do it by themselves. They're going to need a bunch of other people to do the job, so they'll have to rely on the help of some other people.
