In this short scene, we learn that Hirokazu has stolen a nobody bike, and that he's going to race it to Onigiri, who's hiding out in the forest. He's not going to lose, though, because he'll always be able to get back on the stolen bike later. He also tells us that he doesn't care if the bike is stolen or not, because it's just a matter of time before he drops down to the ground and dies. He then tells us about the responsibility he bears in exchange for a keeper's rights, and how important that is. He says that he knows that this is going to happen someday, but that he didn't know that it would happen so soon. He asks us to imagine that he knew that he was going to have to find the baby's wings one day, and then he remembers that he called everyone he could to find out about the baby, and he says that now they're the pink panthers, and they've got all kinds of tricks up their sleeves. He tells us, however, that he can't believe that he had forgotten about this baby until now, because now he has a secret: he has the secret of the flame keeper, which is basically a record of his own spitfire. And he also has a file with him, which he calls "kazu kun," which means "you likely know the truth."
