Akira tells the rest of the gang that he's one of them, and that he doesn't want them to get away. He tells them to "shoo jump" and "take cover" , because they're not allowed to do anything on foot. He also tells them that back in the day, they had to deal with "vicious criminals" who were using air-trecks as weapons. Back then, the government had a special swat team that was supposed to catch these criminals, but they didn't have the resources to do so. Akira then tells the gang about his brother, who ran away from the country because he couldn't do what he was told to do. He was afraid of the police, so he ran away. His sister tells him that she's sorry that her brother has run away, but she also thanks him for saving his life.
