In this short scene, Hirokazu begins to talk about the fight he's just had with the guy in the hat. He's worried that the fight has gone badly, and that the audience is starting to freak out. He tells the audience that if they win, he'll let them lick his boobs, and if they lose, he won't be able to lick their boobs. He also tells them that the guy who controls time has another stage, and he'd rather watch right two than watch right one. He says that if he loses, there's nothing he can do, because only a few riders in all of Japan can beat the guy, and even then, he says, it's "not fun" . He then tells us that the fly in this scene has a spleen and ant's gall, which means that if it loses, it can't escape.
