The narrator tells us that he was born in the middle of the jungle, and that he crawled his way through the jungle to get there. He describes how the air is being sucked apart by the wind and how the wind is creating vacuum bubbles. The narrator says that he told the stormkeeper about this on the way to the airbeast, and he hopes that they finish before they arrive. He says that the sky is now equal to the insects and that they deserve to be destroyed because they are trying to survive. He also says that it is the 1 percent of successes that makes the world turn, just because they were born where they did. He wants to say to the storm keeper that he's going to build a world in which the 99 percent can dream, and spread their wings.
