In this short scene, Hirokazu and the others are still hanging out on the rocks, and Hiroshi asks if they're still alive. He's not sure, but he's pretty sure they are. He tells them to go away, because he doesn't have any more time to teach them how to swim. He also tells them not to go to the beach, because a bunch of young people are just hanging out there and asking for a swim. Hiroshi says that he'd rather cut through the tires of a garbage truck than send a message to his sister. He says that his grades are better than his sister's, and that he wishes he were like her. They're going to kidnap him, he says, because the lake is full of a shrine.
