The Governess is on her way to the United States, and she asks the Governess if she's okay. She says she'll try it on. She's so happy to see that she looks so pretty. She tells her that she doesn't deserve the outfit, and that the people of her country would be glad to know that they're spending their tax money on such a cute young girl. She also says that she bought the outfit for herself to wear anyway, and asks her to fasten her seatbelt before the flight takes off. She then goes on to say that she'd take all of the leftover food and milk from the cafe and sneak it back with her, and then lie to the American people that it was just a treat for her dog. She adds that she was living out of the back of a grocery store for two weeks, and the people would come out and throw out the old food. She was sixteen years old at the time, and says that if you treat her like a kid, then you're going to rip her. He says that he's tougher than she is, and warns her not to hit him with her hands because he'll beat her with his fists. He then asks her what's wrong with her money. She replies that she spent three days searching for Mishima, and they asked him to return it to them. She asks him to stop trying to impress her, because she loves the life she has. He asks her if she thinks the great caesar is going to leave, and when she says no, he says that it's because Mishima and her husband are going to chop up his armor so they can leave.
