In this chapter, we find out that the guy who killed Caesar is none other than Uriah Heep. Uriah's name is "Kogarasumaru," and he's a super-duper awesome guy. He's super-smart, super-confident, and super-awesome at killing people. But he can't kill Caesar because he doesn't have enough "royal blood" to do so. He tells Uriah that if he wants to kill Caesar, he'll have to kill Uriah first, and Uriah has to kill him first.
