About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the wind turbine has been stolen by a mysterious man, who has taken the wind-rebar and a tuner with him. We learn that this is a violation of air-treck regulation, which means that the police will have to be called, and that the thief will probably be caught, but that they will probably not do anything too serious. The narrator tells the crowd that they need to get their heads out of their ass, because they are talking about someone else's life. He tells them that a keeper has full support from the tool-toul to the rider, and this is the time to understand the responsibility they have for using the power of the wind to their advantage. He says that the ceiling in the tower is made of "some kind of material" that he has never seen before, and he says that if the gears start moving, the ceiling will be "putate your whole body" . This is a reference to the fact that no one can enter the tower, and the narrator says that he will uncover who he really is by cutting out the old man and the young man.
