About This Chapter
Harucchi tells Mishima that he's right behind him and that Mishima needs to practice his hitting. Mishima says he'll try to hit a ball to the left. Harucchi says it's going to be a foul ball, but Mishima is going to hit it to the right. He's got a little brother named Mishima, and Mishima's a big fan of his brother's ability to hit the ball. He tells Harucchi to get ready because Mishima just hit a home run to the opposite field. He goes on to talk about how Mishima has a knack for bunting, and how he should be able to do it better. He says Mishima doesn't know how to do that, and that's why Mishima panicked when he caught a fly ball. The fleet footed Mishima gets on base, and Harucchi asks Mishima if Mishima plans on running the bases in the fourth inning. He replies that he plans to pitch with "full faith" in his outfield.
