CHAPTER 307/ BOSS MONSTER
This is a locked chapterCHAPTER 307/ BOSS MONSTER
About This Chapter
The monster team has decided to intentionally walk the fourth batter instead of striking out the fifth one. This is because the offense wants to take advantage of the opportunity presented by the fifth batter's sacrifice fly. The defense, however, is focused on fighting back. The offense, on the other hand, does not want to pass this opportunity on to the fifth hitter. The fifth batter is a very good hitter, and the monster team hopes that he will be able to make a big impact with his bat, but he is not able to do so. The third batter hits a fly ball to the left side of the field, but the left fielder cannot catch it and the third batter is able to score on the play. The fourth batter hits another fly ball, this time to the right side, but this time it is an inside fastball and the batter taps it into the third baseman's glove for a double. The team is pleased with the play, but they still have two outs.
