This chapter opens with a soliloquy by the defeated general. He tells the general that he destroyed the four kingdoms of the tianfeng, tiefeng, yubao, and anyeu dynasties and killed the 16 dynasties of the cloud dynasty. The four of them escaped. The reason why they are incognito is so that they can take the head of the general and sacrifice to his people. He says that if the cloud dynasties are destroyed, the family will die. This sixth level array, which can weaken enemy while enhancing effect, is used to weaken the enemy. The general says that he is too confident that the wu clan will not be killed. The wu family, he says, is too strong to be defeated. He adds that the power of the heavenly spirit is a "piece of cake" for wu-jing-xue. He compares his strength to yin and yang and says that this combination has already entered the "yin and yang realm." The general exclaims that the blow shattered his armor and depleted his spiritual power.
