The next day, Hu and the other elders are surprised to see that they are still alive. Hu tells them that he still has something to ask , and that chu ing yun is the best candidate to be a disciple of theirs this year. Hu blames the elders for everything that has happened. He accuses them of killing his favorite disciple, Li yiyun. Hu says that he has no grievances against the elders, but that they must have promised him greater benefits. Hu accuses the elders of having lied to him. He says that if a great elder had given his permission, then this was the badge of one of the fourth masters of the martial house. Hu asks the elders to bring him back, and they do so. Hu still feels that he lost to the fourth master, and he begs them to avenge him.
