In this chapter, Mr. hua reveals that he is the only one who knows about the plot to kidnap and kill the Shu family. He has just asked the emperor for permission to take Ching-yuan to see his father. He explains that the attack on the Shu clan was ordered by wu-jing-xue, the mastermind behind the attack against the sheng-long alliance. He also reveals that the one who informed Ching-yong that he was going to marry the shua family was the same one who told Ching-yan that Ching-yu was from a different country. Ching-yao thanks hua for saving his father's life.
