At the beginning of the second half of the race, Akatsuki and Hiroshi are still on the same track. Akitsuki tells Hiroshi that he and Suzuka had a fight, but that he's fine with it. Hiroshi tells him to get over it, because Suzuka is leaving for the States soon. Atsuki says he doesn't know why Suzuka broke up with him, but he does know that they fought a lot, and that he always made up with her in the end. He's also getting better results from his training, which makes him even more upset. Akita asks Hiroshi to come with him to visit Suzuka's house, but Hiroshi refuses.
