Asahina is waiting for yamato to come home from school when she catches a cold. She begs him to take her to visit him, but he refuses, saying that he has to go to school. He tells her that a friend of his gave him a hand when he caught the cold, and that he will be sick until late at night. He says that the girl who had been supposed to accompany him to school was sick, and she must have had a really heavy case of the cold. He asks her why she hasn't gone to sleep. She tells him that she has caught a cold and that she will be home by 5pm. She says that she won't be able to come to visit for a while, as she will have to stay home and cough. She asks him to go home, and he says that he is making her even worse. She keeps begging him to come and visit, and when he says no, she says that there is a cat in the house, and wants him to bring some food for her. He doesn't have enough food to eat, so he says he will rustle some things up for her to eat. She replies that she is not going to come, because she is going to visit . He replies that he does not want to catch a cold, because he is not hungry. She adds that he should not worry, as there is nothing left for him to eat; he will eat one meal at a time, and then he will feel all better. He then asks her if she remembers that she made a hole in his wall, and asked her to let him eat some of it. She thanks him, and says she will let it simmer. She then asks him if it is the same thing that tamago is supposed to do, since it is made with eggs
