The narrator and his friend Hiroshi are on their way to Hyogo Prefecture, where they plan to stay for a few days. Hiroshi tells the group that he's going to give them a tour of Hyogo, which he thinks is a good idea. He also tells them that there are plenty of other places to see in Hyogo too, but that they'll have to go back to Minatorai, where he thinks they're supposed to stay. The narrator says he'll give Hiroshi a special tour of the town of Yokohama, which is famous for its night view. He says that even though he hasn't been there for a long time, he still feels like a "sick tourist" of the place. He tells Hiroshi not to wander around too much, because he needs to check out some of the famous sights in the town. He suggests that they go to the "marine tower" , where there's a lot of partying going on. He points out that it's actually pretty cool at night, but the wind is a little rough. He's glad to see that Hiroshi has come to visit him. He asks if he can kiss him again, and the narrator says that he forced him to kiss him one time, and now he wants to apologize. He doesn't want to apologize, he says, because the kiss has been bugging him ever since, and he'd better. He looks at the couple in front of him and says that they probably came to make out, too.
