The next morning, Hiroshi asks Arima if he still hasn't spoken to Suzuka about their relationship. He says that they're still fighting, but that they haven't been able to make up. He tells Arima that he's leaving for America in a month's time, and that if he and Suzuka don't get along soon, it'll be too late. Arima says that it's normal for them to be together, but Hiroshi doesn't know why. He thinks that Arima is going to be studying abroad, which means that they won't have a chance to get back together. He also says that if they can't figure out a way to get along, they'll never be together again. He's not sure what he'll say to her, but he knows that he has to do something.
