This chapter is all about the rift between the vampires and the human race. It's about how the vampires are superior to humans in everything, and that's why they're called "vampires" instead of "nobles" or "people" . Um, what? Well, they've been living corpses for a long time now, and they don't even have a shred of humanity in them. They're just "living corpses" , and the only thing they have in common is that they have sex. So what's up with all this talk of "pure blooded vampires" ? What's the deal with that? Um, it's because the vampires have sex all the time, and sex is a big deal in the vampire world. So why is it that the guy who's having sex with a woman is bigger than the guy he's in love with? The guy in love is bigger, he says, because the woman in question is a goddess , not a man. So the dude in love has sex with the girl in question, and she's bigger than he is, and he wants to kill her for it. He wants to get stronger, so he'll kill the guy if he can. He's not going to be killed for being a half-baked half-human, though, because he'd rather die than have to be like that guy. Um...what the heck's going on?
