The next morning, the three of them discuss the events of the previous day. The three have gone to the city of Baru Jakarta, where they find that the magical beast has eaten people and that the government has refused to send an army to help. They decide that they will go to the top of the city's tower and buy a top-of-a-ship to protect themselves from the beast. They also discuss the fact that they have not seen each other for 40 years.
