In this chapter, we learn that several people have been killed in a series of mysterious riots in various parts of the world. One of these people is Santa Sasaki, the protagonist of the story. She is the only survivor of the original gang, and she is now being bullied by other students. She tells us that she has taught herself magic and that her mother worked very hard to get her into the school, but now she is being bullied because she is poor. She says that she can talk to her teacher or the police, but that the bullying will not last forever. She thinks that the police will arrest her, but she says that they ignored everything she said and that she thinks the police are going to arrest her instead. The protagonist says that the only one who has survived is the surviving gang of ten to one, and that he will help them.
