The next morning, the gang heads back to the slums, where they find Hiroyuki talking to a girl named Aniki. Hiroyuki tells Aniki that if she doesn't like working for him, she should "claw her way up to the executive status" . He tells her that he'll "wipe the floors" and "wash the dishes" if she insults him. Anika says that she's not sure how much Hiroyuki saw, but Hiroyuki says that he can't share the room with her because they're not allowed to be in the same room together. He says that the children in the slums are in danger because the people who live there don't want to be separated from the rest of society.
