The other four boys in the village are supposed to take care of the rest of the business, but the narrator tells them that he's going on a "journey now" . He doesn't want to get stronger or anything. He's just going on his "journey" now. He wants to be alone. He tells the other boys that he has a "dream" , which is that he will fight someone in a fight. The narrator says that his dream is already "destroyed" by his journey. He says that he just left his village last week, and that one of his dreams is to sing backup to his uncle, who is a famous musician in the town. He also says that the village kids like him because he has no money or talent, but he has four friends who remember him from when he was a kid.
