In this chapter, we learn that the protagonist is going to have to choose his class of representative. He's not sure if there are any nominations for this position, but he does know that there's one person who has refused the position. This person is called the "new tokyo tower future watch tower of dreams rising tower east tower rising okay class" . This is the one class that's going to be the focus of the next chapter. The protagonist says that he doesn't like the idea of having to choose a class through a process of elimination. He thinks that it's just like the sales agents who use this same method to win customers. He says that if the party that he's voting for had been chosen to host the Olympic Games, he'd have avoided the mess that has befallen him. He also says that this is the party he'll vote for if he dies. He adds that he won't be able to decide where his soul will go if he chooses to die by the process of eliminating himself.
