Spring is upon us, and we're reminded once again of the importance of the word "season" in the novel. In this chapter, we learn that spring is a season of change and renewal, and that it's the time of year when people begin to move into their new homes and start to make plans for the future. Spring is also a time when people are beginning to fall in love, and this is the time when young people are starting to move in with their families. Spring also means that people are moving out of their homes and into new apartments, which is a good sign, because it means that they're getting ready to start their new lives. Spring isn't just a time of change, however, for young people. It's a time for people to get married, too, and when people start moving in together, this is a sign of love, too. Spring can also mean that people have gotten into trouble, and the police have taken three people into custody for minor offenses. Spring doesn't mean that things are going to get any better, though, because people are getting into trouble all the time.
