In this chapter, the protagonist, shonen, asks the reader if he has ever heard the phrase "a million times the cat heard it" before. The protagonist replies that he has heard it a "million times" . He then tells the reader that if he marries a man named Mr., he will become Mr. lingus. He tells the protagonist to apologize to everyone who has ever been told "the same thing" a million times. He says that he is sick of hearing such lame jokes and that he wishes he were a grown-up. He asks if anyone has ever asked him if he is two people, and he says he is the only one who has been asked this question before.
