In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character named "Cobrachan." He's a cute little guy, and he's got a pretty good sense of humor. Cobrachan tells us that he and his friends have been having a hard time concentrating on the main story lately, because they're constantly trying to figure out what's going on in the world around them. In other words, they don't have a lot of time to think about what they should be doing instead of worrying about what other people think of them. He also points out that people are more interested in a man's mustache than a woman's, and that's because women are more likely to be married to men than men are. So, he says, if you're one of those people who can't concentrate on the story at hand, you might want to check out the bathing suit in the middle of the story. The bathing suit is just a silly little toy, and it's not going to make you feel any better about yourself. But, hey, this is the story we've been working on, so we'll give it a shot.
