The scene opens on the day of the college student's first day of class. Mingshan and his sister, Mingke, have come to visit Mingke's parents, and Mingke thanks Mingke for taking good care of him. He tells Mingke that he's busy lately, and that he plans to visit his mother soon. Mingke tells him that there's a senior back at the university who has graduated three years and is incredibly handsome. He's even been invited to a lecture by a professor, and even a girl committed suicide after seeing him because of his handsomeness. He asks Mingke why there are so many students, and she says that they all go to see the senior back. She says that he is a genius, but he is also incredibly handsome, and there was even someone who committed suicide due to him. She tells him to go get security, and he says that she's going to seduce men, because she is a college student. He says that Mingke likes to do that, and then he shows Mingke a picture of another man, whom he says is the same man who went to the hotel with Mingke. The other man is the man who pushed Mingke out of the room. He doesn't know why Mingke is being beaten, and says that it's not his business. He then asks why they beat Mingke , and the answer he gets is that she is beautiful, and someone has plotted it all.
