The next morning, Mingke and Cai Mingke discuss the situation with each other. Mingke tells Cai Mingqiang that he has come to show his love for Mingke's daughter. He tells Cai that he is the only one who can save a woman, and that Cai is desperate to save his own daughter. Cai Mingquiang tells Mingke that he must leave, and Mingke agrees to go. He asks Mingke if he has fooled Cai Qingjin on purpose, to which Mingke replies that he does not care about her, but that he was afraid of getting hurt if he drew her face. He says that he knows he is nice to Mingke, but he hates xia Qingjin so much that he cannot stand aside and watch her being bullied. He wants to go to sleep, but Mingke insists that he should take a shower first. He wonders why he is being so childish, and wonders if he is jealous of a girl. He then wonders if Cai Mingziang is still resisting him after being together so long, and asks if he still refuses to leave.
