After the first day of work, the shop's owner asks for an evaluation meeting. He wants to make sure that the company is on the right track. He says that his goal is for the company to be recognized as a legitimate brand, rather than a "pregnant lady" who got hired on the basis of her connivances. He adds that most people who get hired through connexions are incompetent, and that shutting down the company's branch would be a good way to do so. The owner says that he'll be happy if the company takes third place, but he knows what he wants to say. He tells the owner that he has always been watching him intensely, and he says that if they win first place, it would be like a "dream come true" . He asks if he's usually that intense, and the owner replies that he is, but that it's not like he usually is that intense. He also says that the current team is so good that he doesn't think they're going to quit anytime soon. He suggests that the owner start a brand with a designer, since that's what he'd like to do as well.
