At the beginning of the second chapter, we are introduced to a new character, a young man named al Ayano. He is the protagonist of the story, and he is the chief designer of the new clothes collection, which is being developed by Tomura and his assistant, the young woman named Sanhanaoka. The two men discuss their relationship, and they decide that they do not want to be near each other. They decide to sit in a corner and discuss the new designs, which they have come up with. Tomura is the first designer to come out with a new collection of clothes, and the two men are eager to get his ideas out there. They discuss the concept of lie detection, which Tomura came up with as a punishment for anyone who lies. The men agree that they cannot discuss the matter without a proper discussion, so they ask each other what they think of Tomura's new designs. Tokuma says that he has three concepts for new clothes, which he calls "novel masculine outfits for the ladies," "a gender neutral jacket," and "one size fits all." The men are happy that they have been able to agree on a solution to their problem.
