In this chapter, Shmoo explains that he doesn't have time to make any more of his designs. Instead, he's going to come up with a new idea: a bag. Shmoo thinks that the bag will be a great way to introduce young people to the world of fashion. He's also going to use it as a way to advertise his own business.
