In this chapter, we meet Hiroshi, the father of Hiroshi's beautiful daughter, Chiyuki. Hiroshi tells us that his daughter wants to be a model in Paris, and he wants to make it big. He wants his daughter to be the next president of the United States, so he wants her to go to Paris as a model. But he doesn't know who to ask to do the job, since he's still in love with his daughter. He tells us about a man who works for a modeling agency in Japan, and the man says that the agency's model is a better one than his own daughter's. He also tells Hiroshi to get his name on the list of potential models for his next show, and to take a picture of the man himself. He says that he still thinks his daughter will beat the man, and that he'll take his leave of the girl. We learn that the man Hiroshi is talking about is the man who used to work for a famous fashion house called Mille Neige. When his daughter, Olivia, took control of the company, the company went into financial trouble. Now, it's a subsidiary of Emmy Production, which is owned by Hiroshi.
