In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named Silver, who is a teacher at a school. He is very handsome, and we learn that he is the son of Silver's mother. Silver asks Silver if he knows fate, and Silver replies that he does. Silver tells Silver that he will not let him go until he gives him a "decent explana" . Silver says that if Silver cannot beat him in a game, he will prove that he has no potential. Silver then tells Silver about his friend, a profesional singer named Kojiro, who Silver thinks is a good singer, but Silver is not so sure. He says that he doesn't hate him because he is a "little more childish" than a "lings cant have a level more than 5" . He asks Silver whether he has a chance of winning Silver, because he knows that Silver is friends with a girl named Kugimiya. Silver is sure that he can win her, but he is not sure that the girl is a bad singer.
