He says that she hates him completely, and she should not be mad at him for not having someone in his heart. He tells her to give it their best shot, and they should both give it a shot. He then says that if he does not have anyone in her heart, then she should be mad that he did not give her his best shot. She says that it is a good idea that he should stand up for himself, and Peter says he is not against this, even if he is against the idea of her standing up for herself.
