Aniki hasn't chosen a partner yet, but he's got it figured out. The narrator says that Aniki's "pet" is waiting for her in the dining hall. He's going to make sure Aniki gets the letter for her new partner. He says that he'll act fast and make sure she gets it. He also says that if Aniki doesn't get the letter right away, he'd like her to kiss him. He tells her that it's okay to kiss, but that she can't kiss him if she wants. He then says that his sister is cold and he couldn't pay for her when she was in prison. He laughs at himself for being a thief.
