The next morning, the gang is on a beach in the southern part of the island, where they have reserved a large portion of the day for their own private use. When they arrive, they find that asuna is still mad at them, and they decide to go to the beach to cheer her up. They are interrupted by the sound of a "bawdy clang" , which reminds them that they are on a tropical island during a "golden week" . They decide to invite negi to join them, but he refuses, saying that he wants to be alone. When he learns that they will be alone, he refuses to allow the girl to have her face inserted into his "cleav age." He asks chizuru if he can explain to him why he has inserted the girl's face in his age. Chizuru says that he will not allow it, and the two begin to argue. When the girl asks what is going on, he says that she is fighting with another girl, and that she will die if she does not fight back.
