In the afterlife, Benimaru is overjoyed to see his old friend waka and his old boss, the old man, still alive. He's so happy to see them that he's even more excited when he hears that they're in the sky, and he can't wait to get them some tea. He also tells waka that he has been honored to serve as the new leader of the special fire company, which is now called the Asakusa Hikeshi. He asks waka to show him the way to kill him.
