Everyone knows that the girl is at the fire scene, and they're worried that she might be using her weird powers to start the fire. They've got a bunch of surveillance equipment, including an owl eye , so they can see everything from the air. They need to find the girl and the evangelists, pronto. The guy who's closest to the girl says he's got special orders for all of them to look for her. He also says that they need to get the fire engines down there ASAP, so he'll just go by himself. He's so excited that he can't stop thinking about how awesome it is to be a fifth-person narrator.
