Beni asks the lieutenant if he can move some body so that he can help put out the fires in Asakusa. The lieutenant says he can't, because Beni's flame is burning his feet. Beni says his flame is meant to kill souls, but the lieutenant says it's not enough to stop his arrow. He says he'll burn the whole world to ash if he doesn't stop his fire. He's going to prove that he's a hero, he says, and that he won't let anyone else walk around in his town. He tells the lieutenant that asakusa isn't his own town, but that it belongs to him. He also says that the explosion was caused by a single person, and the lieutenant reports to the command that they've put all the fires out in the town. They'll have to work thanks to company 8.
