He's convinced that she's about to give birth to a baby, and he's ready to give her the "antidote" that will cure her of her "manly vice" . But he can't figure out who's in the truck with him, so he stops the car. Lin is convinced that the woman in the carriage isn't pregnant, but he doesn't know what to make of it. He swears that he'll give her an antidote, and they're off to get it.
