When Lin gets to the wall, he realizes that his magic weapon is no longer powerful enough to help him defeat the immortals. He shrinks the wall down to size, and when he sees that Lin is too strong for him, he pulls out his sword and stabs Lin in the back. Lin is terrified, but he manages to get back to his feet and pretends to be proud of himself. He tells Lin that his technique actually defeated the one used by the strong one, and Lin is amazed. Lin tells him that even if he can defeat his technique, he should not use too much power.
