The next morning, the two men discuss what they've learned from the previous day's battle. They've both noticed that the other's sword is sharper than the one they're using, so they decide to use the latter's weapon to kill him. The two men decide that they need to get to the ancient city as quickly as possible, since they can't wait for the others to believe that the kid is carrying a psychic weapon. Before they leave, however, they ask the other to show them the weapon. The elder man says that he'll have to wait two days before revealing the weapon to the younger man, but he's willing to do it if it means saving the young man's life.
