The piano man tells Hiroshi that he believes that Hiroshi got through to his father and that he will marry Hiroyuki now that he is well enough to do so. Hiroshi tells the piano man that he was waiting for Hiroshi to get home from the hospital so that he, Hiroshi, and Hiroyuki could be together for a long time. He says that the three of them ought to be together together for an "awful long time" because they are important people. He asks Hiroshi not to worry about his health because he has already collapsed once. He tells him to stop playing his noisy concerts and to come see his last concert if he wants to. He also tells him that he can forget about his future with Hiroshi if he will come see him at his last gig. He reminds him that when he was trying to not cry at his mother's funeral, the way he looked at his gig was much better. He wants to see the look on his father's face when he sees this. He decides to play the song again in Hiroshi's room so that his daughter can hear it.
