About This Chapter
The next day, the band prepares for the gig. The drummer comments on how important it is to have "iwami depth" in the band. He also says that the bass doesn't sound "heavy enough" and that the drums aren't "stable" enough. He adds that he's glad that Hiroshi joined the band, because it's made everyone more motivated. Hiroshi says that he thinks his voice is better than it was before, and that he came to pick up some songs after all the scores. He says he'd forgotten about a lot of things since he came back, but that he looks forward to getting back to playing with the band again. He tells Hiroshi that he heard that Yuu-Kun is planning to start his band again and that Tomomi was worried about him, too. He asks Hiroshi what he thinks of him today, and he says that something "totally flew out of" him. He's not talking about taking off his shirt in December, he says, but about working on his bass instead. He thinks that in three months, he was able to "change a bit" with the other members of the band and that's why he joined them.
