The band begins their tour, and one of the highlights of the evening is the performance of Le Bard's band. The band's drummer, Haruna, complains that the drums were "a mess" during the performance, and that the band was "absorbed" in the performance. Haruna tries to explain that they are a two-man band, so they don't need to "go out of their way" to "try different" . He says that he and Haruna have been fighting about guitars all the time, but that "every time I talk to her" about guitars, they "end up fighting." Haruna says that if he tried to sing, he'd get mixed up, and forget to concentrate on singing. He adds that he doesn't think it would make their songs sound any better. He also says that the show from the agency where Haruna works was a great one, and he's sorry that they have to play the same show as the agency's "indie band" because the agency is owned by a friend of Haruna's. He hopes Haruna and his bandmates are okay, and says he wouldn't mind sleeping in the company's van. He goes on to say that he'll buy some pocket heaters for the hotel room they're staying in, so that they can chill out in the cold. He'll also go check on the Haruna boys, who are staying in the same room as the band. He wonders if there is anything they can do for an effector, a Japanese term for a guitar sound effects pedal. He explains that sometimes it's better to have more than one effector in order to "make myself look better -- just as spares." He then says that they'll play with "blue wells" tomorrow.
